  I went in looking for a nice Carhartt jacket for this winter cold spell. I was greeted at the door and promptly directed to where the coats where. The employees seemed very nice . One thing I really liked is that I wasn't hovered over or pressured into any specific product. They have a larger selection than I was expecting, I spent quite a while looking at different brands, and was asked several different times if I needed any help or had questions. Keep in mind it was the weekend of Christmas and they were quite busy .It is the attentiveness to customer satisfaction that will lead me to shop there more often .
